The Prescott

Located in North Vancouver, The Prescott is a landmark glass and concrete high-rise of 84 unique view residences that offer a 360-degree view of the city and the latest in energy efficient technology.

Developed within the award-winning Lonsdale district energy system, low water temperatures were required for the heating system. Engineers selected Strada convectors with Dynamic Boost technology to provide comfortable heat for the 457-1181 square foot units without obstructing the stunning views. 

Because of the Strada’s compact size (1 meter long by 35 cm tall), the units are extremely discreet, but the Dynamic Boost technology allows residents to quickly “boost” or adjust temperatures when the oven is on or whenever necessary. Units are also quiet, registering less than 26 dBA.
